Bright, yellow color is a result of cows eating grass, high in Vitamin A and Beta Carotene. This rich, creamy butter is a favorite among the top chefs of Hawaii. Use in all cooking and baking. It doesn’t burn as easily as commercial butter and makes an amazing brown butter, with a unique nutty flavor.

About the Company:
Naked Cow Dairy began 13 years ago on the island of Oahu with an idea to bring back the small family dairy of the past. We believe in humane treatment of our animals, no antibiotics or hormones, and knowing where your dairy products come from. Unable to compete with mainland milk production, we began producing artisanal cheese, gourmet butter & cream top yogurt to add value to our milk. We are proud to be the first and only producer of these products in Hawaii & we intended to provide them to the people of Hawaii and her visitors for many years to come. Recently we became a dual island dairy, the farm location is in Hawi, Hawaii, but production continues on Oahu. We hope to create another production facility in Hawi soon.
