Through fermentation, the fresh pineapple is transformed into raw pineapple vinegar.
You use it like you would any other vinegar such as in drinks, sauces, marinades, dressings, pickling, etc.
You can drink it straight or mix in a tonic or cocktail. Use in pickling by packing a jar with sliced fruit or veggies, add 1-2 tsp of salt and top with raw pineapple vinegar. Let it rest in the fridge overnight or longer depending on your taste.
This product is self preserved and shelf stable at a PH of 2.9. Avoid direct sunlight when storing and enjoy the flavor as it ages.
About the Company:
Vintage Vinegars: As a husband and wife team with four children, we wanted to create a product that adds value to your health. We proudly source excess, or “ugly fruit”, from local packaging operations, helping to provide additional income to small businesses on Oahu. We then convert the fruit into raw pineapple vinegar that tastes GREAT and is GREAT for you! Our goal is to create products that boost the health of Hawaii’s economy and people everywhere!
