The Taegu Seafood salad is one of a kind pasta salad with crab, sesame seaweed and taegu mixed with a signature sweet chili aioli blend and garnished with furikake.
In small town of Wahiawa, local business owner, Rachel Salbedo of Peak Point Eats is taking her life long passion of cooking and brings “something else” to the table. Born and raised on Oahu, Rachel embraces the robust blend of cultures living the quality of life in the Aloha spirit. She has 15 years of catering and customer service experience that shines through everything she does from saying Hello to bidding farewell. Inspired by her love of noodles and cold dishes, she whipped up the Taegu Seafood Salad concoction when craving a bite of Italian pasta, Japanese seasonings, Hawaiian seafood in one dish.
